2400 Artesia Boulevard will be fully redeveloped into a first-in-class mixed-use hospitality, micro-retail and office community destination and will be the preeminent family friendly gathering place on Artesia Boulevard. The property will be managed and operated by GrubHaus LLC and will curate a collection of established and locally recognizable premium hospitality and retail brands. Each food, beverage and retail concept will be independently owned and operate as a leaseholder within the GrubHaus managed property.

GrubHaus will utilize a technology driven omni-channel traditional and digital operating model including dine-in, to-go, delivery and catering services. There will be no indoor dine-in areas. All dine-in options will be outdoor only including a large primary covered courtyard, café seating areas, and 2nd floor terraces and decks providing a flexible gathering environment.
